About Us

Welcome to Northern Valley Mental Health. Here, we believe that taking care of your mind is just as important as looking after your body. Our founder, Dr. Tulika Srivastava MD, started NVMH to help people find their way to mental health and happiness. We provide child, adolescent, and adult mental health services.

We understand everyone faces different challenges, and that’s why we’re here to offer support for all kinds of mental health issues including ADHD, anxiety, depression, Bipolar disorder, eating disorders, sleep problems and parent-child relational issues. 

Dr. Tulika Srivastava MD is a double Board Certified, Licensed Psychiatrist in Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry in the New York/New Jersey area. She is trained and licensed to administer Psychotherapy and Medication management. Throughout her over 20 years in the field, Dr. Srivastava’s commitment to mental wellness extends beyond treating children, adolescents, and adults and includes teaching and active advocacy.

    Northern Valley Mental Health is open M-F 9-5, evenings and weekends are also available.

  • Do you offer telepsychiatry or online consultations?

    Yes, we offer telepsychiatry services to provide convenient and accessible care.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Our policy requires a 24-hour notice for cancellations. To reschedule or cancel an appointment without incurring any fees, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
